Environment work #5

Getting into the final weeks now.

Did some serious work on the beach scene.

Approaching the final result from the looks of it.

Horizon! don't forget! Fine but hmmm maybe a bit brighter will be look better

oh I remembered some trick: convert background to poor hdr and use it as hdr environment map with the original.

Yeah still need to fix a few details, any suggestions on how to correct the horizon. I'm not too sure what you're referring to by HDR though.

hdri give you soft global sky shadows
to create poor hdri simple convert image in 32 bit/chaner and save under .hdr.
sorry a don't know maya, will be find more if i had a time
